Spotlight Designs by SD began as a hobby and a dream 20 years ago.  My name is Sarah and I am a self taught jewelry maker. I have always enjoyed creating and being artistic even back when my prized possession was my 64 box of crayons. During my teenage years my love affair with jewelry started. I can remember painstakingly  picking out each ring I wore on my fingers and deciding which necklace looked best with each shirt's neck line and whether or not  to pair a bracelet, all to complete the perfect outfit in my eyes.  It was also about this time I found my own style and defined my likes and dislikes, and realized that I did not want to follow trends and  wear what everyone else was wearing.  

Fast forward to today and my passion to create one-of-a-kind jewelry that can be that missing piece to the perfect outfit and help put personal individuality in the spotlight.
